We understand that sometimes things come up or schedules change making it where a dancer cannot continue with a specific class or classes. We would love to help on our end if there is anything we can do with regards to switching days or times of class enrollment to make schedules work. Our goal is for our dancers to finish out the dance season so that they get the full experience of a dance season. Please keep in mind withdrawing your student too close to the recital will effect the entire class and dance(s) that all students have been worked on for the entire season. Should this not work out we want to make our withdrawal process easy for you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call, drop in, or send us an email.
Students can withdraw at any time prior to the 25th of each month to avoid being charged the next month's tuition. Once the student's withdrawal has been submitted, the student will still be allowed to attend any remaining classes that have been paid in full for that remaining month. There are no refunds or credits for any classes a student chooses to not attend following the successful submission of the student's withdrawal.
